Merlyn W. Clark, Esq. is the Managing Member of Clark Mediation Services LLC where he practices in all forms of alternative dispute resolution.

He continues to be a partner in the Boise office of Hawley Troxell Ennis & Hawley LLP, where he practices primarily in the area of civil litigation.

He also provides legal services to clients of his daughter in an Of Counsel capacity to Susan Clark Law Office.

Mr. Clark is a Certified Professional Mediator of the Idaho Mediation Association and serves on the American Arbitration Association employment law and commercial law Arbitration and Mediation Panels. He is a Fellow of The American College of Trial Lawyers, a Master Lawyer of The American Inns of Court Foundation, Boise CXXX and a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
